Coaching for Life, LLC · DBA Crypto Investor’s Mastermind · The Patient Investor Mastermind
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This notice describes how Coaching for Life, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Patient Investor Mastermind members platform and the resources reached through it, including the Digest and the Refresher video library (together, the “Services”). If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services. Questions? Email support@investor-mastermind.com.
What we collect: your account details (name and email), the content you post in the community, your course and resource progress, and technical/usage data collected automatically.
Sensitive data: we do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and the platform is not a place to share financial account numbers or credentials.
Selling data: we never sell your personal information.
Your rights: you can review, update, or delete your information — the easiest way is to contact us.
In short: We collect what you provide when you use the platform, plus some technical information collected automatically.
Account information. When your membership is set up, we store your name, email address, and your membership tier. We use passwordless “magic link” sign-in, so we do not store a password for you.
Community content. The messages, posts, questions, replies, and reactions you share in channels, chat, events, and courses are stored so the community works and so your history is available to you and other members of the spaces you participate in.
Progress and access data. We keep a record of your course progress and which gated resources (such as the Digest and the Refresher library) have been unlocked for you, including the coaching milestones that trigger those unlocks, so the right materials appear for you at the right time.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we automatically receive certain technical information — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring pages, and general location — which is used to keep the Services secure and operating and for internal analytics. This information does not by itself reveal your identity.
In short: We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to open the gated resources.
A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in to the members platform after you use your magic link. When you open the Digest or the Refresher library from inside the platform, we set an additional short-lived, first-party session cookie on that resource’s site so it recognizes you as an unlocked member. These cookies are necessary for the Services to function. We do not use them to track you across unrelated third-party websites.
In short: To provide, secure, and improve the Services, to communicate with you, and to comply with law.
We process your information to operate the community and courses; to unlock and deliver the resources you are entitled to; to respond to your questions and provide support; to send administrative messages, including sign-in links and notices about changes to the Services or these policies; to maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. Where we send optional marketing messages, you can opt out at any time.
In short: We share information with the infrastructure providers that run the Services on our behalf, and in the limited situations described below. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers. We use trusted third parties to host and operate the Services, and they process data only to provide services to us:
As our tools evolve we may add or change providers; we will keep this section current. We may also share information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect our rights and the safety of our members, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
In short: As long as needed to run the Services and your membership, unless a longer period is required by law.
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or — if that is not immediately possible because it is held in backups — securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
In short: We use organizational and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to member data in our database is restricted by row-level security so members can only reach their own records and community spaces they belong to. Even so, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and any transmission of your information is at your own risk.
In short: The Services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the data. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided us information.
In short: You can review, update, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing, at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can update your profile in your account settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such message, or email us to exercise any of these rights. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common standard has been finalized.
In short: We will update this notice as needed and revise the date above.
The updated version is effective as soon as it is posted here. If we make material changes, we may also notify you inside the community or by email.
